Sizes the project and flags early if it will need a privacy, security or AI assessment.

Reads a Digital Advisory Request and produces an Initial Architecture Assessment: which design documents the project needs, which privacy and security checks apply, and who should do the work.
The request and the assessment together are what go to the steering committee.

Produces a design sized to the work, from a one-page solution summary for a small change to a full solution architecture document for a large one.
Also assesses SaaS products and other software you are considering, and sets out the performance, availability and security requirements a system has to meet.
