Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Pragmatix advisors
Why use a Pragmatix advisor instead of ChatGPT or Copilot?
General AI tools are powerful, but they're generalists. To get expert-level answers, you need to already be an expert — knowing what to ask, what frameworks to reference, and how to spot when the AI is confidently wrong. Pragmatix advisors have that expertise built in, so you get to useful answers faster without needing to be a specialist yourself.
What domains do the advisors cover?
Our current advisors specialise in digital transformation, digital governance, EMR systems, and cyber security — the areas where Pragmatix has deep consulting experience. We're expanding into other domains through partnerships with subject matter experts.
How does message-based pricing work?
Each exchange counts as one message — you send a message, the advisor responds, that's one message used. Unused messages don't roll over to the next month. When you reach your limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade your plan.
Can I try before I subscribe?
Yes. The free trial gives you 5 messages across any advisor, no credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel whenever you like and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data?
Your conversations are stored securely on Australian Azure infrastructure. We don't use your data to train AI models. You can delete your conversation history at any time.
What does "human oversight" mean?
Pragmatix advisors are AI-powered, but they're built and maintained by real consultants with domain expertise. We monitor advisor quality and refine them based on real usage. For complex engagements, you can also engage Pragmatix directly for human consulting support.
Can you build a custom advisor for my organisation?
Yes. If you have domain expertise you want to scale — whether you're a consultancy or an organisation with specialist internal knowledge — we can help you build custom advisors on the Pragmatix platform. Get in touch to discuss.
